Oils and Romance

Hello February!

How did it get here so quickly?

When February rolls around we all tend to think of romance! I will be spending Feb. 14th with the love of my life, Jeff. He is a flower giver so roses will be coming by the dozen!
Flowers and kindness certainly help get us in the mood for romance.

Essential Oils are also a huge part of my wellness protocol and most definitely help set the romantic tone this time of year! Young Living essential oils have a very special Seed to Seal process that makes them WORK! Check this out: seedtoseal.com

Orange oil as well as all the citrus oils helps bring happiness, joy and peace to our hearts and home. You can diffuse orange, use it topically (stay out of the sun!) and ingest our orange oil in water or tea! See how much you can use in a day as it will definitely lift you up.

Sensation oil was specifically blended for romance to encourage feelings of love and affection! Ladies, it smells better than the most expensive perfume I’ve ever used! I use the lotion as well!

Ylang Ylang is romantic oil, historically used as an aphrodisiac. It smells divine! Wear it as perfume, diffuse it and make a wonderful coconut oil lubricant with it!

Geranium is also great to help set the mood with easing nervous tension helping you to be more open and receptive.

Supporting our hormones is part of romance and Progessence Plus should be used daily (unless you’re pregnant.) It is a beautiful serum delivering natural progesterone and is a real pick me up. This oil was a life changer for me! It kept my cycle going two extra years as I headed into menopause and picked up the libido significantly! I use it morning and night and wouldn’t be without it! It is my little bottle of “happy!”

Enjoy February 14th with the one you love and make essential oils part of the romance! You won’t be disappointed!!

Meet Carol Bercaw

Hi! My name is Carol and I’m a married mom to three, now grown kids! I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart Jeff for 38 years and now I’m a new Nana! I’ve been a Physical Therapist for over 30 years and a Certified Health Coach. I have been in your shoes with neck and back pain myself and have overcome it! This makes me uniquely qualified to help you! My passion is to help working moms  naturally  feel their best, live pain free and find vibrant health so they can carry out their dreams!
Life was going at top speed as I tried to do it all and do it well! I was homeschooling 3 children, doing all household chores, cooking healthy from scratch and working part time! I had “plates spinning” all over the place. But I was stressed and exhausted, living on caffeine and sugary Star Bucks lattes just to get through the day. I was even yawning in my patients faces in the afternoon!
Then things went from bad to worse. Out of the blue I had neck and jaw pain (TMJ) that rocked my world. I really began to struggle.Have you every felt that way?  I felt like I was letting my family down. I felt as if I wasn’t being a good enough mother and wife or a good enough PT at work! I was already spread thin and now with pain I literally couldn’t exercise or sleep and I honestly felt awful!
     Then two important things happened.
I got some additional help with my neck and jaw pain and it finally went away. (You know even physical therapists need therapists!) Next, my good friend Cathy told me about a natural source of energy and I was able to ditch the coffee and caffeine! I started sleeping better and, oh boy, I had more energy to do my work, as well as be with my kids and not be a grump every day!
Today I am still just as busy working and being a fun-loving Nana to little Olivia, although I still have trials I face! I have found natural ways to bring down my stress and fatigue and I can live the life I feel called to live, serving you, as a Certified National Health Coach and Physical Therapist (in the state of Florida). There are many experts in this field, however, they typically do not have the personal experience I can bring to the table, both as a therapist, health coach and mom. I am here for you! If you are ready to be free of the pain, fatigue and stress, I look forward to helping you live the life you want so you can thrive!
